This has reference to your subsequent interview with us. We have great pleasure in offering you an appointment as Web Devloper with Brainz1 Techub for a fixed term period of 1 year on the following terms:

Terms of Employment:

Position: Web Devloper
Salary: ₹ 5000 per month
Start Date: 10-01-2026
Place of Work: IT park Nagpur

Note: Please note the offer is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. offer will be withdrawn if you do not notify a delay in joining or if we are unable to agree to an alternate joining date. Your appointment is totally subject to the reference check.

Increments and Promotion: You may be granted increments and promotion solely based on performance and merit, at the sole discretion of the company.

Certification: It is mandatory to clear training certification to continue your services.

Rules and Regulations: You will be subjected to the rules and regulations of the company as may be in force from time to time at your workplace.

Parallel Employment: You will devote your full time and attention to the work of Brainz1 Techub and shall not engage in any other commercial or professional activities during your employment with the company.

Notice Period: 30-day notice is required before leaving the organization at any time.

Misconduct: In case you are charged for misconduct or fraud during your service, you may be suspended for a period deemed fit by management. If charges are proved, your service may be terminated immediately. If any particulars or details furnished by you are incorrect or misrepresented, or if complaints are received against you, your services may be terminated without notice or compensation.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and keep the Company indemnified against any liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, claims, demands, actions, suits, costs, and expenses arising from claims of third parties due to any act or omission on your part.

Communication: Any further communication from the organization will be sent to your registered personal email. In case of changes, inform the respective HR for updation.

Documents: You will need to bring original documents (for verification) and copies as stated in Attachment B.
