Subject: Official Joining Letter – Front End Intern at Brainz1 Techub
Dear Ms. Mansi Dolanprasad Katre,
With reference to your application-dated 11-02-2026 requesting for permission to work as a Trainee, performing the duties of Trainee, we are pleased to appoint you as an Intern in Front End Intern on following terms and conditions.
You will be allowed to work in our Establishment as a Trainee /apprentice for a maximum period of ____________ from the date of acceptance of this order. During your training period you will be provided practical training facilities in the Establishment as per policy of the company.
You will be paid a fixed stipend Rs. ____________ per month. You will not be entitled to any other benefits which are applicable to regular employees of the Establishment.
Your training will commence on 29-12-2025 and would End on 29-06-2026. This Term could be extended or reduced by the Company, at it’s discretion.
On satisfactory completion of training you will be given a certificate from the Establishment You need to submit internship project report where in you have to mention the work done in internship with the company.
The internship completion certificate shall be provided after 7 day post completion of internship and on receiving the project report and other exit formalities.
The Salary will be discussed post successful completion of internship.
This enrollment as a trainee is contingent upon your medical fitness for the work to be undertaken, as certified by a doctor designated by the management.
You cannot terminate the internship before the agreed-upon period unless it is a decision made by the company. The company reserves the right to take appropriate action if you break the internship without prior notice.
You cannot break the internship if you have signed the agreement for new opportunities /Joining in new companies until you complete the internship period as mentioned in the offer letter. If in case, company offers you Pre-Placement Opportunity on a full time basis and the same is accepted by you, you cannot leave the company within completion of the service level agreement period.
You understand that failure on his/her part to honor the Retention Period for any reason whatsoever shall make himself / herself liable for disentitlement to the Stipend of last worked month and that failure on his/her part to honor the Retention Period for any reason whatsoever shall make him/her liable for refund of amount equal to Rs. 50,000/- applicable for the training duration for 2-3 months or Rs. 1,00,000/- applicable for the training duration for Six months and above to be paid within 2 days of such violation of Retention Period for smooth exit.
Your training period could be extended /reduce at the discretion of the management.
This Enrolment is subject to verification of particulars given by you in your bio-data and application and in case any wrong details are given the training could be terminated forth with.
During your training period you will submit monthly report on or before 7th of the following month to review your work along with the observations and suggestion.
You will devote your whole time to the work of the Establishment and will not undertake any other direct/indirect business/work, honorary or otherwise - except with the written permission of the management.
You will not give to anyone by word of mouth or otherwise particulars of details of our activity which may prove detrimental to the interests of the Management.
You are liable, during the course of training, to be posted or transferred to any other unit, branch, and department solely at the discretion of the management. The Management can send you for practical training at its discretion at different locations/sites for imparting practical training throughout India.
The company is obliged to instruct the intern about rules and regulations in the company, including safety regulations and work and communication routines. The intern is obliged to follow these rules and regulations applying to the rest of the employees.
You shall ensure that the confidential information and intellectual property of the Company is protected, and you shall not reveal any particulars of the Company or its activity to any person or entity without written consent of the Company.
You shall be responsible to compensate for any loss, injury, or damage caused to the Company or any of its personnel, owing to any of your actions or omissions.
Not with standing any of the clauses of this letter of Enrollment as a trainee/apprentice, the management reserves right to terminate your training without assigning any reason/ so during the training period. Upon termination, Intern shall return all Company content, materials, and all Work Product to Company at its earliest convenience, but in no event beyond thirty (30) days after the date of termination.
You cannot claim as a matter of right on the post lying vacant or created in the Organization. It will not be binding upon the management to give any preference in the employment during or after training period.
You must notify your present as well as permanent residential address. In case of any change therein, it should be notified to us in writing within eight days of the change failing which communication sent at the available address would be deemed to have been served upon you.
If any time, during the Training Period, the Apprentice Trainee does not show the expected performance or remains absent without prior permission or misbehaves, his/her service can be terminated with or without notice and full and final settlement won't be done.
During the period of Internship the Apprentice/Trainee shall be punctual in attendance and diligent in his/her work and shall devote all his/her working time and the best of his/her abilities. exclusively for the benefit of the Company. The Apprentice/Trainee further agrees to obey all orders of and carry out all duties entrusted to him/her from time by his Senior Officers.
If the Apprentice/Trainee shall be guilty of any misconduct or commit any breach of the provision of this agreement or absent/Abscond /Break the joining agreement without any reasonable excuse or become incapable of attending to his/her duties, it shall be lawful for the Company immediately to terminate the Services for any reason of whatsoever nature and for things that in the event of his/her leaving the services of the Company at any time during this Agreement he/she will have to give proper notice to the Company and pay the stipend of whatsoever month worked in lieu of notice, to the Company. This is in addition to damages provided under mentioned clause Strictest action would be taken if you will terminate/Abscond the internship program without information or written approval.
Company is not liable for injury sustained or health conditions that may arise during the course of the internship.
Company reserves the right to hold /stop the stipend/internship bonus if you break/terminate the internship for any reason from either side whatsoever the reason may be.
No Internship certificate shall be provided if the internship is terminated /break from either side.
This internship offer is valid only when you are medically and physically fit to work.
You shall follow the Policies, Rules and Regulations of the Company, including that for safety, work ethics, protocols and routines, as apprised to you by the Company from time to time.
Any violation of the Terms and Conditions of the Appointment Order, and/or Policies, Rules and Regulations of the Company shall entitle the Company to take appropriate action against you, as per law.
It shall be understood that any of your relatives, friends or otherwise kith and kin may, if such need arises, meet with a designated member of the Human Resources Department of the Company, however, with a reasonable prior appointment taken by you upon citing a valid reason to do so, and subject to approval of the same by the said Department. It shall further be understood that apart from the aforesaid, no such meeting shall be expected from any member of the Company, excepting festivities and unforeseen circumstances (nonetheless being subject to discretion of the Company).
Purpose and Applicability: These Employee Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the employment relationship between Brainz1 Techub and its employees, trainees, and associates. By accepting an employment offer or continuing employment with the Company, the employee agrees to be bound by these Terms, in addition to any other applicable company policies, employment contracts, or statutory obligations.
Employment Classification and Training Period:
Training / Probation Requirement: All newly appointed employees shall undergo a training and/or probationary period as specified in their appointment or offer letter.
Extension of Period: The Company reserves the right to extend the training or probationary period at its sole discretion, based on the employee’s performance, conduct, learning progress, or organizational requirements.
Confirmation of Employment: During this period, employment shall be considered temporary, and confirmation of employment will only occur upon written communication from the Company.
Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation Obligations:
Non-Compete Clause: For a period of 6 months following separation, employees shall not directly or indirectly engage in, assist, or provide services to any competitor or entity operating in a similar line of business without prior written consent from the Company.
Non-Solicitation Clause: Employees shall not solicit, induce, or attempt to influence any employee, client, or business partner of the Company to terminate or modify their existing relationship with the Company.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nagpur only.
Notice Period and Relieving Policy:
Standard Notice Period: The standard notice period shall be as mentioned in the employee’s appointment letter.
Company’s Discretion: The Company reserves the absolute right to modify, extend, or waive the notice period based on business exigencies, project dependencies, or performance considerations.
Serving or Buying Out Notice: Employees are required to serve the full notice period or remit salary in lieu of notice, unless otherwise permitted in writing by the Company.
Exit and Clearance Conditions: The Company reserves the right to withhold relieving letters, experience certificates, or final settlements until all the following conditions are fulfilled:
Completion of assigned tasks and formal handover to the reporting authority.
Return of all company assets (including ID card, access cards, credentials, documents, and intellectual property).
Clearance of all financial and administrative dues.
The final relieving date shall be confirmed only upon successful completion of the exit formalities and clearance process.
Conduct and Disciplinary Action:
Standards of Conduct: Employees are expected to maintain the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct at all times.
Disciplinary Measures: The Company reserves the right to take appropriate disciplinary or legal action, including termination without notice, in cases involving misconduct, insubordination, data theft, non-compliance, or violation of these Terms.
Recovery of Damages: The Company may recover damages and initiate legal proceedings for any direct or indirect loss caused due to employee negligence or breach of confidentiality.
Right to Modify: The Company reserves the right to revise, modify, or update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice.
Effective Date: Any such amendment shall be effective from the date of publication on the Company’s official communication channels or website.
Intellectual Property Rights:
Ownership of Work: All materials, code, content, and solutions developed by employees during their employment whether individually or jointly shall be deemed work-for-hire and the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
Assignment of Rights: Employees agree to assign, transfer, and waive any personal rights in such intellectual property to the Company without additional compensation.
Acknowledgment: By joining or continuing employment with Brainz1 Techub, the employee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions, along with all related policies, codes of conduct, and employment documentation.
You shall not post, publish, share, or circulate any statement, comment, review, image, or content whether false, misleading, or genuine against the Company, its management, employees, or clients on any social media platform, review website, or public forum.
Any such action, whether made during or after the internship period, that harms or attempts to harm the reputation, goodwill, or business interests of the Company shall be treated as a serious misconduct. The Company reserves the right to initiate appropriate legal action, including but not limited to civil or criminal proceedings, to protect its interests.
In case above terms and conditions are acceptable to you, you may kindly sign office copy of this order in token of acceptance of the same and join our establishment as a trainee.
