Dear Ujwal Kurhade,

We are pleased to offer you the position of Trainee at Brainz1 Tecub for a trainee period of 3/6 months, starting from 14-12-2025.

This offer is specifically for the trainee period only. After the successful completion of the trainee period, your performance will be evaluated, and based on that review, a separate employment offer may be issued at the company’s discretion.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Trainee Period: The trainee period will be for 3/6 months , You will be considered a Trainee/Intern, not a permanent employee.

2. Working Hours: You must follow the schedule: 11:00 AM TO 6 PM , 6 Days of Week .

3. Duties & Responsibilities: You must complete all tasks and training activities assigned by your reporting manager.

4. Performance Evaluation: Your continuation depends on performance, attendance, learning ability, and professionalism.

5. Completion of Trainee Period: A main employment offer letter may be issued only if performance meets expectations.

6. Confidentiality: All company data and information must remain confidential.

7. Termination: The company may terminate the internship for misconduct or poor performance. You may resign with 30 days notice.

8. No Employment Guarantee: This trainee offer does not ensure permanent employment.
